Sky Sports recently interviewed Sasha Banks. Here are some highlights from the interview:

Sasha Banks on the case for women’s tag team titles: “I would love that. I think we have enough women on the roster now to actually have a women’s tag division. We’ve been given multiple storylines but at the same time, it’s very hard to accomplish something if you’re not actually fighting for anything. Only one woman can go after the women’s championship and I think if we had tag team championships we’d be able to create way more interesting storylines. We have tag matches all the time, every single week, so I say why not get a championship involved in that?”

Sasha Banks on her rivalry with Bayley: “That rivalry with Bayley is something I would love to pick back up because she has my number and that annoys me. I am the greatest women’s wrestler ever and I want to show the world that. I’m in no rush for it. I plan on being in WWE for a long time and that’s something we can pick up at any time.”

One of our correspondents attended last night’s RAW in Wilkes-Barre and passed along the following live notes:

• They Hardy Boys, Sasha Banks and Bayley were all advised for the show but did not appear. This didn’t sit well with some fans.
• Tons of people walked out on the show after the Women’s match.
• Someone was spotted sleeping during the show.
• The boos for Roman Reigns when he came out were incredibly loud. Way louder than they appeared on television.

Overall he said the event was fun but three hours if way too long to sit through, especially if you have people falling asleep during the show.
