So Yes? Another Title Match Added To Summerslam

It’s what matters the most. When you break wrestling down, titles are probably the most important thing on any given show. Most of the time, at least in theory, the heroes are there to prove that they are the best and the villains are there for money or power, all of which can be gained through championships. It makes them valuable, which is why a new title match has been announced for Summerslam.
This week on Monday Night Raw, a Raw Tag Team Title match featuring AJ Styles and Omos defending against Randy Orton and Riddle was set for Summerslam. Following a match with Omos, Orton was being attacked by both Styles and Omos, leading to Riddle coming down to the ring for the save. As a result, Orton was willing to reform RKBro, causing Riddle to issue the challenge for the title match.

Riddle and Orton have teamed together on and off since late April, with Riddle being much more excited about the team than Orton. Over the course of several months, Orton has slowly grown to tolerate Riddle as he knows the two make a good team. Orton took an unexplained seven week absence from Monday Night Raw before returning on August 9, when he attacked Riddle with an RKO. Riddle continued to press Orton to be his partner, leading tot his week’s events.

There really is something special about these two. Check out how RKBro got here:

Opinion: This is one of those matches where it might have seemed obvious but it was not clear if it was going to happen. There was also the chance that Orton could turn on Riddle and go into a regular feud, which is still a real option in the future. I could go for more of the team in the future, as it is probably the best thing going on Monday Night Raw at the moment.
