SmackDown Star Suffers Knee Injury; The Bar Addresses The Usos
Sin Cara Suffers Knee Injury
There were reports coming out of Sunday’s SmackDown live event in Spain during the European tour that Sin Cara suffered some sort of knee injury. That appears to be the case, as Sin Cara was pulled from the Monday SmackDown show in Portugal and took to his Twitter account to address the reports.
Por un inconveniente en mi rodilla no pude participar hoy del #WWELisbon. Disculpas a los que asistieron. Espero volver a verlos pronto
— Sin Cara (@SinCaraWWE) November 7, 2017
This roughly translates to Sin Cara saying that due to a knee injury, he was unable to participate in the show at #WWELisbon. He apologizes those who attended the show and hopes he can return soon.
WWE has not issued an formal statement on an injury, but his tweet was retweeted by WWE’s official account.
The New Champs Address The Usos
WWE released a video as part of RAW Fallout on YouTube with Mike Rome interviewing the brand new RAW Tag Team Champions, The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus). They hype up all of their recent victories, notably Monday night against the Shield, and have some harsh words for their Survivor Series opponents (The Usos). You can check out the video below.
It’s expected that The Usos vs Cesaro and Sheamus will be officially announced on tonight’s SmackDown Live, and New Day will end up taking on Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and the returning Roman Reigns.
