WWE Hall Of Famer Announced For New Celebrity Dancing Show

It’s a spot. Wrestlers are in a weird place when it comes to celebrity status. Yes they are famous and people who are on television every single week, but ultimately they are known for one thing and one thing only. Every now and then you get to see someone move into another area and get exposure on a new stage. That is the case again with a soon to be returning WWE star. According to Yahoo News, WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella has been announced for the upcoming FOX celebrity competition show The Real Dirty Dancing. Bella will be part of the cast, which also includes Corbin Bleu, Tyler Cameron, Cat Cora, Howie Dorough, Antonio Gates, Anjelah Johnson-Reyes and Loni Love. The show debuts on February 1, three days after Bella is returning to the ring as part of the women’s Royal Rumble on January 29. I guess she isn’t a fan. Wrestling is in a weird place when it comes to athletics. While it is certainly an athletic field, it is not exactly the same as traditional sports. The endings to wrestling matches are determined in advance and that is something that a lot of people are not going to like. It seems to be the case with a more mainstream athlete who appeared on a recent wrestling show. Bobby Lashley Has A Cool Idea For A WWE Title Defense

He does have some pull. There are all kinds of titles in the wrestling world today and while it has been watered down a bit, the WWE Title is still near the top of the list. It has one of the deepest histories in wrestling and that will be the case for a long time to come. Holding the title means a lot to a wrestler’s career, but it also comes with some power. Now a champion is interested in using some of that power. WWE Champion Bobby Lashley was interviewed by Yahoo Sports where he was asked about Kofi Kingston receiving a shot at the title. Lashley said he should, citing Kingston’s contributions to wrestling as well as the fact that he never received a rematch for the title.
