11 Year WWE Veteran Reveals Locker Room’s Biggest Bully

Is that an honor? A wrestling locker room is often as something like a family, as there are always going to be a lot of different people but for the most part, they tend to get along at least at a civil level. That is not always the case with everyone though, as there is always going to be someone who causes problems, including a certain wrestling legend during his main time with WWE. During a new appearance on Wrestling Shoot Interviews, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Sean Morely, better known as Val Venis, named John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) as the biggest backstage bully during his time with the company. Morely said that he considered JBL “a walking home entertainment center” and did not know how JBL was not fired for some of the things that he said. In addition, Morely revealed that he would follow JBL around the arena, just to hear what he would say next. Morely wrestled for WWE from 1998-2009. <p>X-Pac discusses his comments from this past week, when he informed that Val Venis almost became a member of DX at one point. He also informs that Test was very close to becoming a member of the <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/group/" title="group">group</a></strong> as well, but that didn’t happen either.</p><p>He says that when you have a successful group such as nWo, DX or the Bullet Club, you have to be very careful as to who you add to the group so as to not interfere with the chemistry of the other members. However, if the creative team suggests a new member and the other members don’t <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/agree/" title="agree">agree</a></strong>, they have to be able to articulate a good reason as to why the other talent shouldn’t be brought into the group.</p><p></p><p>X-Pac comments on the ongoing issues between The Hardys and IMPACT wrestling. He says that WWE might be interested in the ‘Broken Universe’, but there’s no reason for them to get involved legally if The Hardys are already pursuing legal action against IMPACT. X-Pac admits that if <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/vince-mcmahon" title="Vince McMahon">Vince McMahon</a></strong> really wants to use that gimmick, he might just get fed up and pay IMPACT for it, especially if it’s cheap.</p>

Who Almost Became a Member of D-Generation X?

<p>While speaking to Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Sean “X-Pac” Walman revealed that Val Venis almost became one of the members of D-Generation X if former WWE creative writer Vince Russo had his way. Waltman revealed that the members of the group were totally against the idea, so it never happened.</p><p><em>“Russo wanted to put Val Venis in DX, but we said no. We stuck to our guns because he wasn’t right for DX.</em></p><p>Also during the interview, Waltman compared The Bullet Club, which is led by Kenny <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/omega/" title="Omega">Omega</a></strong>, and how it operates very similar to how the Wolpac did in WCW.</p><p><em>“We all had our role, we were all very <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/happy/" title="happy">happy</a></strong> in that role, and no one wanted the other’s role,”</em> said Waltman. <em>“They’re the same way.
