WATCH: Clip From Attitude Era WWF Live Event Featuring All-Star Lineup

It’s famous for a reason. There have been several different eras throughout the history of wrestling and some of those times are better known than others. Some of them are easily identifiable by a single word, with one of the most famous of WWE’s history being “Attitude”. The period of the late 1990s to early 2000s is still talked about today, but now we can see something we probably haven’t before. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: He’s Next: Former WWE Star Believes Goldberg “Has A Thumb On” Him WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle has released a rare video from an Attitude Era WWE live event. The clip features Triple H, Chris Benoit, The Rock, Steve Austin, Rikishi and Angle in a six way test of strength before a fight breaks out. While Angle did not give a date for the show, according to Cagematch.de, the only time these six were together in a non-televised match was October 29, 2000 in Buffalo, New York. That’s rather cool. He’s Next: Former WWE Star Believes Goldberg “Has A Thumb On” Him

He said no? There have been all kinds of stars throughout WWE’s history, some of which have become iconic names in the sport. It means a lot for a lower level star to work with them, but at the same time, there are instances of one of the bigger names slowing things down for a smaller name. Now one of the real parody stars is claiming that the real version did just that. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WATCH: Dominik Mysterio Gets Arrested At Rey Mysterio’s Home In an interview with Cheap Heat Productions, former WWE star Gillberg claimed that people have told him that WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg “has a thumb” on him. As a result, Gillberg cannot have an action figure or a shirt or be included in a video game. Gillberg did make it clear that he was NOT 100% sure this was the case, but the people who had spoken to him believed it to be. Gillberg parodied Goldberg on and off in WWE for years before retiring in 2022. He had his moments. Check out Gillberg’s time in WWE: [This post contains vide..

Not So Fast: Rumored AEW Forbidden Door Match Not Expected To Happen

Maybe not. We are coming up on AEW’s next major event with Full Gear, which will feature AEW wrestlers vs. New Japan wrestlers in a series of dream matches. The card has quite a bit of potential, but so far, most of the show has not been announced. There have been some matches suggested, but it seems that one match hinted at might not actually be taking place. This week on AEW Dynamite, Hangman Page mentioned IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, saying that he wanted a title shot. However, according to Wrestling Observer Radio, a singles match between Page and Okada is not expected to take place. There is no word on what the two of them will be doing at the show or why the match was mentioned with no plans for it to take place. Opinion: That’s a bit confusing, as the rule of thumb in wrestling is that if a mach is mentioned, it is going to take place sooner than later. Page and Okada are likely to be on the show, but why have Page issue the challenge if the match is not going to be on th..

History Has Been Made (Again!): Title Change Takes Place On AEW Dynamite

It’s one of their strong suits. AEW has not been around for a very long time compared to other promotions, though they do have some strong traditions. One of their bigger ones is the way they treat their titles. The company’s championships have been treated as the most important things in the entire promotion and a title change makes a difference. That was the case again this week. The main event of this week’s AEW Dynamite saw Thunder Rosa defeat Britt Baker to become the new AEW Women’s Champion. Rosa won the title in a cage match after giving baker a Fire Thunder Driver onto thumbtacks. The match was a rematch of last year’s St. Patrick’s Day Slam, when Rosa defeated Baker, who had held the title since May 30, 2021 for a reign of 290 days. Opinion: This was a title change that felt like it had been coming for a long time now and that is not always a bad thing. Baker had been champion for the better part of a year and there was little reason for her to hold onto it any longer. Rosa..

VIDEO: When Ric Flair Meets Orange Cassidy

When worlds gently collide. The rise of AEW has opened a new world to wrestling fans and it has made things that much more interesting in a hurry. Above all else, it has allowed all kind of newer and unproven wrestlers to be showcased in ways they never have been before. AEW also has a large amount of veterans on its roster, and now one of their younger stars has met quite the veteran. AEW’s Orange Cassidy has posed a new video to his Instagram page, showing him meeting Ric Flair. Cassidy gives Flair his own pair of sunglasses, which Flair puts on and gives a WOO. At the same time, Cassidy gives his trademark thumbs up. This comes as Flair has been rumored to be signing with AEW, though neither side has officially announced any kind of deal. This is pretty amazing. The Usos May Be The First Regular Team Ever To Do THIS

Here but not there? One of the most compelling storylines in WWE at the moment is the issues between Roman Reigns and the Usos. The three men, all members of the same family, have been in a weird power struggle as Reigns has Jey Uso under his thumb and does not want Jimmy Uso to break that up. This has led to a unique situation and WWE has an interesting take on it. According to PWInsider.com, despite being a regular tag team, the Usos are seen differently in WWE. Internally, Jey is currently seen as a heel while Jimmy is currently seen as a babyface. This may be the first regular tag team to ever be set up in such a way. The Usos returned to tag team action in May, as Jimmy returned from a knee injury which kept him out of action for over a year. That is a weird way to go. Check out how the Usos get along when they are on the same side: [This post contains video, click to play] [This post contains video, click to play] [This post contains video, click to play] Opinion: I’m no..
