WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair was recently interviewed on “Out of Character” with Ryan Satin, where she discussed a number of topics. Among them were her return to WWE, dental issues that kept her out of wrestling, how she found out she was winning the Smackdown Women’s Championship and more. Below are some highlights from the interview: On returning to WWE: “I didn’t feel any ring rust. The only difference is being a good guy instead of a bad guy, you know, wanting to tell my bad guy what to do (she laughs), but keep your mouth shut. But no, it’s been great. Ouch: AEW Star Suffers Injury During Bloody Match

It’s always a possibility. There are all kinds of wrestling matches throughout the course of any given week and that means a lot of things can happen. Those things can be either positive or negative and one of the bigger negatives is an injury. You never know when someone is going to go down with an injury and unfortunately that seems to have been the case again this week. The opening match of this week’s edition of AEW Rampage saw Dustin Rhodes defeat Lance Archer. Early on, Archer busted open Rhodes’ ear, which bled for the majority of the match. Rhodes has posted a video to Twitter, revealing that he needed five stitches to close the wound and that he suffered a busted eardrum. He said that he was in good spirits though and was not going anywhere, suggesting that he would not be missing any ring time. Wrestling Legend Undergoes Health Setback After Fall

Hopefully things get better. Wrestlers have a strange career trajectory, as they are likely to be retired from the ring by their mid 40s, but can still pop back in for a cameo from time to time. It can change the perception that fans have of them, as they might still seem like big stars despite their diminishing status. This means they might not be in as good shape as some fans believe, either financially or health wise. That seems to be the case again with a wrestling legend. Earlier this year, a story came out about Brian Knobbs of the Nasty Boys undergoing health issues and being hospitalized. A Go Fund Me has been set up for Knobbs, and a new update has revealed that he has undergone a setback. According to the update, Knobbs fell at a rehabilitation facility and broke his clavicle while also injuring his head, which will require nine stitches. There is currently an effort to move him to a more appropriate rehabilitation facility, as he is currently in one designed for seniors. K..

WATCH: Nasty Injury Takes Place During This Week’s NXT

Hopefully it isn’t too bad. Injuries can happen at any time in a sport as physical as wrestling. There is no way to be completely safe during a match as there is always the chance of some sort of a fluke injury. Some of these are much worse than others, but there are also going to be some more minor injuries which grab your attention in a hurry. The latter was the case this week. Ilja Dragunov was busted open during a match on this week’s NXT. During a match against Roderick Strong, Dragunov was elbowed in the face, drawing blood from above his right eye. Dragunov was able to finish the match, eventually pinning Strong with the Torpedo Moscow. Later in the night, WWE announced that Dragunov received eight stitches to close the wound and is medically cleared for his United Kingdom Title match against Walter at NXT Takeover 36 this coming Sunday. He made it work. There are very few wrestlers who have been able to defy the laws of time like R-Truth. He started in the WWF all the way back in 1999 and came back after a lengthy hiatus, only to reach some incredible heights all over again. He has since moved on to become one of the more popular comedy wrestlers in WWE and those comedy skills were on display in a lucrative way earlier this year. R-Truth has gone from a serious wrestler to someone who is not always exactly on top of everything and is often confused. Ruby Riot Busted Open at UK Download Festival — Match Suddenly Stops

<p>Ruby Riot’s match against <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/asuka" title="Asuka">Asuka</a></strong> at the UK Download Festival had to be stopped when she was busted open after taking a bump into the steel stairs.
