Ouch: Wrestling Legend Details Horrible Effects From Neck Injuries
That’s pretty terrible. There are all kinds of ways to get hurt in wrestling and you never know when someone is going to get hurt. That is the kind of thing that can be rather terrifying, but part of what people don’t often think about are the long term effects. Some injuries are serious enough that they hurt people for a long time after they get out of the ring, and that is the case again with a wrestling legend. During a recent edition of his Kurt Angle Show, Kurt Angle discussed the long term health impacts of his neck injuries. Angle revealed that he cannot feel his pinkie fingers and that his motor skills have diminished. In addition, his arms have atrophied, making both of them about three inches shorter. Angle also said that one day he will have to have neck fusion surgery, though it is not clear if that will cure some of his issues. Yes Again: More Very Bad News For Upcoming Independent Event
I wouldn’t call that great. There are a lot of wrestling promotions in the world, with some of them being a lot more well known than others. One thing that they all have in common though is that they all had to start somewhere, because every promotion had its first show at some point. That can be a success or a failure, and we might be seeing a case of the latter in this one. This coming Saturday, July 9, Wrestling Entertainment Series is scheduled to hold its first event at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, England. According to journalist Adam Callier, the event has sold less than 350 tickets for a venue that holds 10,000 people. The event has already been postponed from June and several wrestlers have announced that they will not be at the show on the new date. One, the former Nia Jax, has complained about the show still advertising her despite her making it clear she will not be there. Familiar Bunch: Several Former WWE Stars Appearing For Debuting Promotion
Call it a reunion? There are a lot of wrestlers in the world today and it can be difficult for all of them to find a place to go. While WWE and AEW are often the goals for several wrestlers, there is not room for all of them there. That is where the independent promotions come in though and that is the case again, with several former WWE stars finding a new home. The new Wrestling Entertainment Series promotion has announced its debut card, which will take place on June 4 in at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, England. The show will feature four title matches and several former names from WWE. Wrestling Entertainment Series is owned by former Raw Tag Team Champions the Authors of Pain, who will be wrestling on the show under the name Legion Of Pain. WATCH: Biker Undertaker Makes Special Appearance Over The Weekend
It’s a family thing. Celebrities have long since been a part of wrestling and it can be quite the nice bonus. Sometimes those celebrities even get in the ring to see what they can do and no rare occasions, it can be quite the success. Those are some of the more impressive things you will see in wrestling and in a recent case, it seems that an all time wrestling legend wants to repay the favor. The Undertaker appeared at a Bad Bunny concert in Dallas, Texas over the weekend. Undertaker appeared in his American Bad*** persona and rode a motorcycle to the Kid Rock song of the same name to salute Bad Bunny in the middle of a song. After the appearance, Undertaker rode away. Bad Bunny has appeared multiple times for WWE over the last year and a half, including winning a tag team match at WrestleMania 37 and appearing in this year’s men’s Royal Rumble match. Former WWE World Champion Seen Meeting With Impact Wrestling Boss
That’s sounding serious. WWE and AEW get most of the attention in the wrestling world but there are all kinds of other promotions out there, many of which have a lot to offer. Several promotions can easily be seen by the masses and that makes for some very nice opportunities for wrestlers around the world. One big name might be about to move on to one of them. According to PWInsider.com, former WWE Universal Champion Braun Strowman met with Impact Wrestling executive Scott D’Amore over the weekend. The two met at a hotel bar in Detroit, where the Motor City Comic Con was being held. The meeting was said to last for “a long time” and comes after Strowman has reportedly been in negotiations with Impact Wrestling. New Grudge Match Added To Summerslam Card
Keep them coming. We are just over a week away from Summerslam, which remains one of WWE’s biggest events of the year. It is the kind of card that the company is going to want to stack as many big matches as they can manage. There are some top names on the WWE roster and it makes sense to put some of them together on the show. Now they have added another match to the card. WWE has announced that Drew McIntyre will face Jinder Mahal at Summerslam. The match comes after Mahal became annoyed at McIntyre for not having time for him and attempting to steal McIntyre’s sword. McIntyre also destroyed Mahal’s custom motorcycle and has also attacked Mahal’s associates, Veer and Shanky. The two also met on the July 5 Monday Night Raw, when McIntyre won via disqualification. Under The Knife: Wrestling Legend Needs Major Surgery
That’s a serious one. There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling and absolutely no one is immune to them. Some of them are more serious than others, but at the same time they can all come from different places. An injury can happen all at once or be built up over time, either of which can cause all kinds of problems. The latter is the case with a certain legend and it isn’t going well. During the most recent edition of the Kurt Angle Show, Kurt Angle revealed that he is having issues with his neck, which is causing him various health issues. Angle mentioned that he is having motor skill issues in his hands and numbness in his arms. While he has had various quick fix surgeries before, Angle said that he is going to need to have full neck fusion surgery to fix the issue for good. Angle has had neck issues for years and last had neck surgery in 2015. Angle has been around the wrestling world with his bad neck. Another Sign WWE Is Getting Back To Normal
Back to normal? The Coronavirus pandemic has shaken up the wrestling world in a variety of ways, with the biggest change of them all being the lack of fans in attendance at events. It makes things feel all the less important and also changes the way the company’s finances work. Things have started to get back to normal though and now WWE has taken another big step back towards normal. WWE has announced a four city United Kingdom tour, taking place from September 19-22. The tour will be SmackDown exclusive and includes names such as Roman Reigns, the Usos, Big E., Bianca Belair, Bayley and Sasha Banks.
