Ric Flair Blasts Fellow WWE Hall Of Famer, “What A Joke!”

Can’t they all just get along? There have been all kinds of stars throughout the history of WWE, with only a small handful reaching the top of the company. It means a lot to see one of those stars becoming all time legends, meaning they are remembered long after they hang up their boots. At the same time though, not all legends get along and that is the case again, with one having something to say about the other. WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair took to Twitter this week to bash fell Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield for his history of bullying accusations. Flair said that WWE’s anti-bullying campaign must not apply to Layfield, with Flair naming Joey Styles and “Jason” Roberts (presumably Justin Roberts, who accused Layfield of bullying) as former victims. Layfield currently appears on Monday Night Raw as Baron Corbin’s manager. I Guess The Anti Bullying Program You So Heavily Endorsed Does Not Apply To Bradshaw!! Jason Roberts And Joey Styles!! What A Joke! And He’s In The HOF! Sad!..

AEW Dynamite Results – February 9, 2022

Dynamite Date: February 9, 2022 Location: Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey Commentators: Jim Ross, Excalibur, Tony Schiavone This is another big night and that is because Tony Khan has promised a huge debut in a qualifying match for the Face of the Revolution ladder match. As a result, there has been a lot of excited speculation and that has made the show feel that much more important. Other than that, we are probably seeing some more from the potential Jon Moxley/Bryan Danielson pairing. Let’s get to it. Opening sequence. Here is Wardlow with some cardboard cutouts of MJF sitting on CM Punk’s chest and MJF putting Punk in the sleeper. Wardlow looks annoyed as he hands Justin Roberts some cards with introductions for FTR with Tully Blanchard and Shawn Spears, who has his own introduction for MJF. As you might expect, it is as over the top as you can get, including talking about how he beat punk TWICE in the garbage heap that is Chicago in the mid-mid-mid-midwest. MJF comes..

Drew McIntyre On How Brock Lesnar Inspired His Dramatic Physical Change

It makes a difference. Wrestling is a lot of things, but ultimately it is a visual medium. The wrestlers have to come up with a way to make the fans stop what they are doing and look at what is in front of them. That is easier said than done, but there are certain tricks that work better than others. Wrestlers can make some changes to improve their appearance, which was the case for a certain top WWE star for a very specific reason. Drew McIntyre was recently interviewed by the Daily Record and spoke about the change in his appearance. McIntyre said that he didn’t believe someone who looked like he did could beat Brock Lesnar, so he began putting in the extra work to make it believable. This included training and adjusting his diet, with McIntyre saying the latter is the far more important of the two. McIntyre would defeat Lesnar to win the WWE Title in the main event of WrestleMania 36. McIntyre was on to something. Check out what he did with his new look: [This post contains video..

VIDEO: Bryan Danielson Reenacts Infamous Moment After AEW Dynamite

It’s kind of famous. There are certain moments in wrestling that are just different from the rest, as you know that you are seeing something that is going to cause some changes. These might not always be for the best, but you know them when you see them. That was the case with a certain moment about eleven years ago, and now we are seeing it recreated in a lighter mood. Back on June 7, 2010, the group that would become known as the Nexus made its WWE debut, attacking John Cena and CM Punk. A near riot broke out, which included Bryan Danielson choking ring announcer Justin Roberts with his necktie. This was seen as a step too far, and Bryan was released from the company, eventually returning in August. Following this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite, Danielson and Roberts got in the ring and recreated the scene, with Danielson threatening to choke Roberts again if he ever called Danielson Daniel Bryan again. This was quite the moment. Check out the original brawl, the recreation, and so..

WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Changing Monday Night Raw Star’s Character (Again)

It’s in the presentation. There are so many wrestlers in the world today that it can be hard to find a way to make them stand out. Thankfully there are ways around those issues in the form of gimmicks, as a wrestler can play a character of some kind in a way to get some extra attention. That is certainly the case in WWE and now one of its stars may be in for some gimmick adjustments. According to the WrestleVotes Twitter account, WWE is adjusting Karrion Kross’ character. The new idea will be to present Kross as a “psycho” who is still “cool and calm”. This will include changing his theme song, but he will continue to wear his helmet and will continue to be without Scarlett. Kross was called up to the main roster earlier this year while still NXT Champion. Source states WWE is shifting Karrion Kross’ character once again. Plan is for him to be more of a “psycho” yet still “calm & cool.” As of now the helmet stays, but for whatever reason, still no Scarlett. Presentation of entrance i..

RUMOR: WWE Changing Hell In A Cell Name

What’s in a name? There are a lot of pay per views on the WWE calendar and most of the time, you can figure out what the show is based on the name alone. It might not be the best sounding name in the world, but WWE does tend to make things rather straightforward at times. Now they are adjusting the name of a long running series again, this time in a bit of an odd way. According to WWENetworknews.com, this year’s Hell In A Cell event will be renamed “The Ultimate Show: Ultimate Hell In A Cell”. This follows WWE’s trend of adding taglines or other names to various pay per views, such as “The Horror Show At Extreme Rules”, “WrestleMania Backlash” and “Survivor Series: Best Of The Best”. WWE has not yet confirmed the name change for the show, which will air on June 20. The show has quite a history already. REVIEW: WrestleMania 28: The Biggest Match Of The Generation

Wrestlemania XXVIII Date: April 1, 2012 Location: Sun Life Stadium, Miami, Florida Attendance: 78,363 Commentators: Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler As big as HHH vs. Undertaker is, everything pales in comparison to Rock vs. Cena. This was the biggest match since Rock vs. Austin’s heyday and the money it brought in more than validated an entire year spent setting everything up. There’s no way the match isn’t going to be great and everyone was ready to see it. Let’s get to it. Pre-Show: Tag Team Titles: Usos vs. Primo/Epico vs. Tyson Kidd/Justin Gabriel Primo and Epico (Carlito and Primo’s cousin) are defending and this is one fall to a finish. Primo, Jey and Kidd start things off and you have to tag your partner. Kidd sends Primo to the floor and jumps into a rollup for two. The champs start stomping Tyson gets caught in a DDT for two more. Primo loads up a superplex on Jey but Kidd springboards up to make it a Tower of Doom in a cool spot. Jimmy and Epico get hot tags and everything bre..

For instance, she has been criticized for smiling too much during her entrance and not creating an atmosphere like she should. A report from RingSideNews revealed that the powers that be want her to do “her entrance” regardless of the events heading into the match. That impacts the coming match because it doesn’t seem Ronda is in character. Related: Major Update on Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey Potential Rematch Despite the learning curve that Rousey is publicly dealing with on Raw, WWE officials are expected to keep the Raw Women’s Title on her for quite some time. Real Reason Why WWE Will Cancel Brand Split Before SmackDown Moves to FOX

The most recent brand extension on WWE programming hasn’t even been around for two years, but there have already been rumors about it coming to an end. The company will make a lot of changes once SmackDown Live moves to FOX in 2019. It is now being reported by Sports Illustrated that the brand split will be one of the biggest changes. Justin Barrasso claims that FOX and NBCUniversal executives will want full access to WWE’s talent roster. For instance, the WWE Universal Title could be abandoned and other adjustments will have to be made to both rosters. Related: Several Potential Changes As SmackDown Live Goes To FOX The company has already begun making major changes to its PPV events. Mick Foley Reflects On His 1998 "Hell In A Cell" Match Against The Undertaker

Mick Foley recalls one of the most iconic "Hell In A Cell" matches in WWE history. On June 28th, 1998 inside of the Civic Arena in Pittsburgh, PA, former three-time WWF Champion Mick Foley and "The Phenom" The Undertaker put on one of the most talked about and historic "Hell In A Cell" matches in the history of WWE. Clips from the brutal bout are constantly shown in WWE video packages and network specials. While on the road for his "20 Years Of Hell" tour in which he dives into stories in front of a live audience about his career in the pro wrestling industry, Mick Foley spoke with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated and opened up about that historic night during the summer of 1998. “I told Mr. McMahon two of the biggest lies of my life that day,” said Foley. “I told him I had been on top of the cell earlier that afternoon, and I told him that I felt completely comfortable up there. Had I gone up there for a walk-through, there would be no twentieth anniversary because I would hav..

Kevin Lee Doesn’t Think Gaethje & Poirier Are On Title Fight Level

Dustin Poirier picked up a fourth round TKO victory over former WSOF Lightweight Champion Justin Gaethje in the main event of UFC On Fox 29. Kevin Lee checked out the main event battle, but feels neither fighter is on that level yet to be challenging for UFC gold. “I seen it,” Lee said on The MMA Hour. “I know Poirier was calling for a title fight and all this but I don’t know, it just seems like those dudes are in a different category. Can you really look at it and say Poirier’s a championship-level fighter? I just don’t see it. He looked good. He did good versus Gaethje, it was an exciting fight, I think he should go out and look for more exciting fights, but it didn’t really seem like a championship-level fight to me to be honest.” Poirier did call for a title shot after the event and UFC President Dana White says he is in the talking for such an opportunity. Lee also questions the mindset that both fighters have fought with over the years. “Both of them, they seem like they’ve..
