Normally I would say a pay per view card is set two days before the show but AEW has a tendency to throw in a bunch of stuff at the last minute. Hardy was facing charges of Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs Third Offense within 10 Years. He had been suspended by AEW until he completed rehab and demonstrated that he could maintain his sobriety, a suspension that is still active. Rampage Date: February 10, 2023 Location: County Coliseum, El Paso, Texas Commentators: Jim Ross, Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, Chris Jericho We are still in Texas with less than a month to go before Revolution. That should make for a few interesting weeks but this week’s lineup doesn’t exactly offer much in the way of hope. The Blackpool Combat Club is here though and that is one of the better things Rampage could do. Let’s get to it. Opening sequence. Blackpool Combat Club vs. Butcher and the Blade/Kip Sabian Sabian drives Yuta into the corner to start but a sunset flip gets Yuta out of trouble. Yuta is sent outside and Castagnoli comes in, with Butcher getting to come in as well for the power staredown. They yell at each other and slug it out, with both of them staggering. Moxley and then Yuta come in to take turns on Butcher as Jericho talks about the Impractical Jokers cast stealing his baseball bat. Delaware State Police Issue Full Statement And Details On Jay Briscoe Accident

The more we know. Tuesday night, Ring Of Honor Hall Of Famer and reigning Tag Team Champion Jay Briscoe was killed in a car crash in his home state of Delaware. The crash rocked the wrestling world and now all that can be done is grieve and hope that everyone else involved pulls through. Now we know a little bit more about what happened and it is not good. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: NXT Superstar Amari Miller Reveals She Attempted To End Her Life Last Week The Delaware State Police have issued a statement on the incident, including several new details. Briscoe’s death was caused by a car crash when a truck went into the wrong land and hit Briscoe’s truck head on. The other driver, Lillyanne Ternahan, 27, was killed as well. Briscoe was not wearing a seat belt while Ternahan was. Briscoe’s daughters were in the truck with him and were wearing seat belts. There is no word on any possible alcohol involvement in the crash. It might be a boring show, it might be a show with some slightly bigger NXT names or it might be a show that winds up being rather entertaining. That’s not good. WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently told a story on his podcast on AdFreeShows.com, about how he almost drowned on a recent vacation to Florida. Angle said the following: “We went to Miami, Florida,” Angle said. “The temperature was 80 degrees. We spent so much time on the beach. They had a wonderful pool at the hotel. It was a blast. I actually took my kids jet skiing. That’s just awesome. There are a lot of ways to film a wrestling match and some of the best involve making the fans feel like they are right there watching things live. It is difficult to figure out how to make it work that well, but every so often you get a special moment that is a lot closer than anything else. That was the case this week in one of the coolest shots you will ever see. The main event of WWE Crown Jewel 2022 saw Logan Paul unsuccessfully challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title. During the match, Paul laid Reigns on the announcers’ table and hit a frog splash to drive him through it.
