Backstage News On Stephanie McMahon’s WWE Hiatus

They aren’t sure. WWE is the biggest and most powerful wrestling promotion in the world and has been for a very long time now. A lot of this has been due to the names behind the scenes who make the company’s major decisions. Those names are very important and one of them making a change can mark a major shakeup in the company. Now we might know why one such change took place. Earlier this month, Stephanie McMahon took a leave of absence from her executive position in WWE. During an appearance on the We’re Live Pal podcast, Andrew Zarian said that he received a phone call from a high up in WWE who said that there were doubts in WWE about McMahon’s abilities as an executive. This came after McMahon took on some of the departed Michelle Wilson’s responsibilities in ad sales and sponsorships. There is no word on why someone would want this information out or if McMahon will be away from WWE. On the same show, Dave Meltzer said that if McMahon does return, it will be in a different role. ..

<h1>Block 1:</h1><p>Taz opens today’s show speaking briefly about last night’s episode of NXT. He says that Velveteen is a very captivating character with a terrific look, great size and a ripped body. He thinks Velveteen Dream has a plethora of potential moving forward, and if he had to pick two NXT Superstars who he believes will become legitimate <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/stars/" title="stars">stars</a></strong> he’d choose Dream and Aleister Black.</p><p>Speaking about the NXT commentary team, one line in particular really bothered Taz during last night’s episode. After Velveteen Dream dropped his elbow finisher from the top rope, Mauro Ranallo said, “The elbow was Macho like <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/randy/" title="Randy">Randy</a></strong>!”. Taz cringed at that line, and he really wishes Ranallo wouldn’t have compared Veleveteen Dream to ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage.</p><p></p><p>Taz understands that Ranallo is not making this comparison maliciously and he’s doing his best to get Velveteen Dream over, but Taz doubts <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/vince-mcmahon" title="Vince McMahon">Vince McMahon</a></strong> is aware that this type of comparison is happening on a weekly basis on NXT. He doubts McMahon would approve of these young talents being compared to some of the business’ all time greats, and Taz believes Ranallo is simply trying too hard to get these guys over.</p>

Jim Ross Seriously Doubts Daniel Bryan Will Ever Wrestle Again

<p>As noted over the weekend, Daniel <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/tag/bryan/" title="Bryan">Bryan</a></strong> <a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/2017/06/25/daniel-bryan-teases-ring-honor-return/" target="_blank">teased on social media</a> that he could possibly return to Ring of Honor and challenge Cody Rhodes for the ROH Title once his contract with WWE expires. Jim Ross took to his blog on JrsBarBq.com and made the following remarks regarding Bryan possibly returning to the ring again:</p><p><em>“Seems as if Daniel Bryan is having some fun trolling social media as he teases a return to the ring which I seriously doubt will or should ever happen. If his existing medical condition put DB in a higher risk category, then he needs to be the responsible husband and father and refrain from lacing up his boots again. Vince McMahon Biopic Not Coming Out?

<p>While speaking to GV Wire, Linda McMahon was quoted as saying she doubts the recently announced <strong><a href="http://www.ringsidenews.com/wrestler/vince-mcmahon" title="Vince McMahon">Vince McMahon</a></strong> biopic “will ever see the light of day” when asked about it.
