Try Again? Recent WWE Return Considered “Chaotic And Directionless”

That’s not a good sign. The recent and ongoing changes in WWE have shaken up the company in a lot of ways. Some of these changes have involved wrestlers being changed entirely, with some of them not even appearing on television in recent weeks. That might be the case for a certain SmackDown star, who has not exactly had the best year so far and it might get worse. Earlier this year, Lacey Evans made her return after missing over a year on maternity leave. Evans has been moved from SmackDown to Monday Night Raw and back while only wrestling four matches on television. According to Fightful Select, there are currently no creative plans for Evans, whose scheduled match on July 29 was canceled, with Evans being listed as “not medically cleared”. Evans was reportedly a favorite of Vince McMahon who worked with her personally, though her return was described as “chaotic and directionless”. Opinion: I can’t exactly say I’m stunned by this, as I don’t know if there was ever any major plan fo..

Things Were “A Little More Chaotic” Than Usual Backstage At WWE Money In The Bank

It was one of those days. WWE has a lot of pieces that come together to make any show work and some of them can go a bit better than others. At the same time, there are some events that come together better than others for one reason or another. It can be difficult to figure out what is going wrong, but in this case we might know what happened backstage at a major WWE event. According to PWInsider.com, things were “a little more chaotic” backstage at this weekend’s WWE Money In The Bank event. This included a lack of a production meeting the morning of the show and matches being worked out later than usual. There is no word on what might have caused the issue or if it caused any significant changes to how the show was presented. Opinion: At this point, is it any surprise when something is going wrong backstage at a WWE event? It seems that there is always something off or something messed up in one way or another. Maybe this was a bit worse than usual, but the problem seems to be som..

You can see the match in its entirety below: [This post contains video, click to play] From WWE.com: Intent on settling score with The Viper, Edge walloped Orton with a steel chair during the match’s chaotic opening minutes. The attack left Orton limping and seemingly unable to continue, as referees assisted him to the locker room, where he was tended to by WWE’s medical team. With The Apex Predator thought to be out of the picture, the carnage continued inside the ring. Surprise entrants included former NXT North American Champion Damian Priest and the most dominant competitor in Royal Rumble Match history, Kane. Perhaps the biggest shocker of all was the arrival of former World Heavyweight Champion Christian at No. 24. Competing in his first true match since 2014, Christian was greeted with a hug by Edge..

Kross and Joe are hard-hitting smash-mouth competitors and they are sure to bring the pain at TakeOver. But is this bout truly receiving the attention it deserves? Joe versus Everyone In any other era, this match would be the talk of the pro wrestling world. While it’s not a WWE main roster match or a pay-per-view spectacle, it’s a big deal nonetheless. Much of that is thanks to Samoa Joe, the rugged veteran who’s still grinding in the ring. For over 21 years, Samoa Joe has been building his powerhouse pro wrestling resume. He’s faced some of the industry’s biggest names and he’s always held his own in the ring. Kurt Angle, AJ Styles and CM Punk are just three of the top stars who battled ..

A unnamed witness and local resident described the brutal scene, stating, “They were literally kicking him, punching him in the face and in the head.” Warning, the following video contains graphic content: [This post contains video, click to play] She said six men attacked Magee and ran off when other neighbors came outside in response to hearing the chaotic scene unfolding outside. The neighbors rushed to Magee and found him incoherent. “To me, it was attempted murder. If we wouldn’t have come out here I don’t know if he would be alive. To look at his face if you saw his face right now and saw what they were doing to him, he’s really lucky to be alive,” the neighbor said. Update: Two of the six attackers have been..

Watch: Shane McMahon vs. AJ Styles From WrestleMania 33

Don’t cross the boss. Unless it gets you a match on the “grandest stage of them all.” WWE has recently posted a new video to its YouTube page, which shows the full match between AJ Styles and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 33. The build up to this was intense, and even involved McMahon going through a car window. You can see match in its entirety below: [This post contains video, click to play] WWE.com had the following to say about the match: It was a showdown destined to be chaotic from its inception. Several weeks earlier, having felt undervalued by SmackDown LIVE’s Commissioner, “The Face That Run the Place” opted to take matters into his own hands and hurl Shane-O-Mac through a car window. Others in power would have simply fired The Phenomenal One for this brutal action; in fact, Team Blue General Manager Daniel Bryan did fire Styles. However, McMahon overturned Bryan’s decision, for he saw an opportunity to earn Styles’ respect while making another incredible WrestleMania Mom..
