If you know, you know. QT Marshall recently took to Twitter and gave an explanation for why his stable, The Factory, was split up in AEW. According to Marshall: We did some fun stuff. Unfortunately, the amount of Factory hate from the “experts” in wrestling was too much and the group had to disband. We did some fun stuff. The Factory was formed on the March 31, 2021 episode of Dynamite, when Marshall, along with Anthony Ogogo, Nick Comoroto and Aaron Solow attacked The Nightmare Family. Editor’s Opinion: Let’s see…the company breaks up a stable because certain “experts” don’t like..
Welcome back. With so many talents on its roster, it can be difficult for AEW to find something for everyone to do. That can make for some complicated situations and occasionally a wrestler will be on the sidelines for one reason or another. An injury can make that even more of a problem, but now a missing star is back and he has vengeance on his mind. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WATCH: Title Change Takes Place On AEW Dynamite The main event of this week’s edition of AEW Dynamite saw Samoa Joe defeat Darby Allin to regain the TNT Title. This was Wardlow’s first appearance since Joe defeated him in a TNT Title match on the December 28 edition of Dynamite. Joe also cut Wardlow’s hair after the match. It can happen to anyone. Injuries are one of the worst things to happen to a wrestler as you can see anyone get hurt at any time in any match. The question after that is what happens next, as you never know how long someone is going to be out of action. Another wrestler is hurt, but thankfully things might not be as serious as it can be in various other situations. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Beast Time: Here Is When You Might See Brock Lesnar Back In The Ring This week on Monday Night Raw, Corey Graves mentioned that Dakota Kai was injured during the women’s Royal Rumble, though there are no details on what happened to her. According to Bryan Alvarez, the injury is expected to be minor. Kai is a star when she is in the ring. Check out what she can do: [This post contains video, click to play] [This pos..
That would be a big one. There are certain wrestlers who get your attention like no one else. Something about them makes them stand out from the crowd and having them on any given show is a special occasion. WWE has some of those stars around today and it can be a big deal to see them in action. That might be the case again with a legend on an upcoming show. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Legends Rise? There he is again. There is no one in wrestling history like Brock Lesnar, who is one of the most incredible athletes the industry has ever seen. Lesnar is not only a former NCAA Heavyweight Champion in wrestling, but he is also a powerhouse second to very few. It means a lot to see him in a WWE match and now we know when we might be seeing him next. Lesnar has been advertised for the upcoming Day One event in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday January 1, 2023. This is currently the next advertised appearance for Lesnar, who lost to Roman Reigns in the main event of Summerslam in a Last Man Standing match. There is no word on whether Lesnar will be appearing again before Day One and there is always the chance that the appearance could be changed. Although many thought it could be Lesnar's last WWE match at SummerSlam, turns out it might not be the case. That could have been worse. Friday was one of the busiest days in WWE history, as not only did Triple H return to his role as Head of Talent Relations, but Vince McMahon also retired from the company entirely. That is the kind of day you never expect to see happen and it remains to be seen how far some of these changes go. Now though we do know one change that doesn’t seem to have happened. Following McMahon’s announcement, another story broke saying that Brock Lesnar had walked out on SmackDown and would not be appearing. However, Lesnar did appear at the end of the show and attacked Theory. According to Fightful Select, a wrestler said that the situation was “overblown” but it was not clear if Lesnar would be back for the show or not. The ending was intentionally written so that it could take place with or without Lesnar being involved. Opinion: Thankfully things seem to have calmed down, but it could have been quite the mess had things not gone this way. If nothing else, WWE needs..
That’s the big one. WWE has been around for a long time and the company has a certain group of traditions that they follow. There are matches that are held, events that take place and special places to go, but nothing is as important as Madison Square Garden. The venue is the home base of company and it is still a special place for WWE. They were back this week and something big happened. One of the major selling points of this weekend’s WWE live event at Madison Square Garden was the idea of Brock Lesnar’s challenge for the WWE Title. Austin Theory wound up challenging Lesnar in a losing effort, but after the match, Universal Champion Roman Reigns and the Usos attacked Lesnar and left him bloodied to end the show. Lesnar and Reigns are scheduled to square off at WrestleMania 38 in a title unification match. Brock Lesnar’s win at the 2022 Royal Rumble on January 29 was not surprising to many WWE fans. After all, he is The Beast Incarnate and a heavily featured star in the company. In fact, if not for Roman Reigns, Lesnar would likely be the undisputed face of WWE. Because of this, a Brock victory on one of WWE’s biggest nights of the year is not all that shocking. But a Brock victory in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match? That’s another matter altogether. Lesnar dropped the WWE Championship to Bobby Lashley earlier in the evening, which opened the door for at least the possibility of a surprise Rumble entry. Reigns’ interference in Lesnar’s match made that surprise a reality. But was Brock’s win the right move? [This post contains video, click to play] Building The Beast Very few Superstars have captured the imagination of WWE fans like Brock Lesnar. He’s been called an anomaly, which fits him perfectly. He’s a country boy at heart, with an easy smile and an awkward disposition. He doesn’t s..
The Beast doesn’t find it funny. Last night, at a dinner in St. Louis, Brock Lesnar had an encounter with ‘Jackass’ star Wee-Man and body-slammed him through a table. The video has made its way to the Internet, including on TMZ Sports. You can see one example of the video below: Brock Lesnar hanging out with The Jackass crew before Royal Rumble 2022 pic.twitter.com/CJ7lkYmyQk — WWE Hindi Daily (@tmykwoah) January 29, 2022 This appears to be a fun event and encounter, with no malicious intent involved. The dinner took place in St. Louis, which is the site of the 2022 Royal Rumble. Lesnar is scheduled to defend his WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley, while ‘Jackass Forever’ star Johnny Knoxville is scheduled to be an entrant into the Men’s Royal Rumble match. Editor’s Opinion: I love stuff like this. Over the past few months, we have seen a different side of The Beast, as his more comical and laid-back side has started to be a part of his character. Bring on the Beast. Tonight on Raw, the original Fatal 4-way match from Day 1 took place, in order to determine who the new No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship would be. In the end, Bobby Lashley defeated Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Big E to earn the opportunity. Smackdown Date: December 17, 2021 Location: Allstate Arena, Rosemont, Illinois Commentators: Michael Cole, Pat McAfee We’re rapidly approaching Day One and the big main event of Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns is all set. That should open a few interesting doors this week, but there are some other matches that need some work of their own. Hopefully the build keeps working so let’s get to it. We open with a long recap of last week, with Paul Heyman not liking the friendlier Brock Lesnar and seemingly snapping him back into Beast Mode. Roman Reigns might not be pleased though. Toni Storm/Sasha Banks vs. Shotzi/Charlotte Fallout from Storm becoming #1 contender to Charlotte last week when Charlotte kicked her face in. Storm takes Shotzi down with a headlock to start and then kicks her in the chest. Banks, in Spider-Man gear, comes in for the showdown with Charlotte, who gets taken down with a running hurricanrana. When legends battle, you watch. WWE has recently posted a new video to their YouTube channel, which shows the full match between Brock Lesnar and Goldberg from WrestleMania 33. In the match, Lesnar defeated Goldberg to win the Universal Championship. You can see the match in its entirety below: [This post contains video, click to play] From WWE.com: The Beast Incarnate disposed of his most persistent foil at WrestleMania, ending Goldberg’s miraculous comeback run to take the Universal Championship off the waist of the iconic Superstar and install The Conqueror at the mountaintop for the first time since 2015. It didn’t look like it was headed that way at first, though. Lesnar instantly took Goldberg to Suplex City with three Germans, but the champion stood right back up and responded with two huge Spears. When Brock rolled to the outside to escape Goldberg, he was driven through the barricade with a third Spear. Back in the ring, Brock attempted an F-5, but Goldberg escaped and ..
Say that again? Wrestling has a long history of outlandish ideas, including Robocop making an appearance, a walking/dancing turkey and a beer swilling redneck from Texas who fancied beating up his boss. Sometimes the zaniest ideas can come from the fans themselves. Redditor u/anonymouspotatoskins recently asked, “What’s the worst idea you’ve had lately but too afraid to share?” Commentors weighed in and thousands of fans upvoted their favorite of the “worst” ideas. Brock Lesnar Channels His Inner IRS IMG Credit: WWE There may be no one more intimidating in the wrestling world than Brock Lesnar. The Beast Incarnate has destroyed almost everyone he has come into contact with over the years, mainly as other worldly strong former amateur wrestling champion. That has worked very well, but what if he had another interest? Lesnar has a reputation of being out to make as much money as possible, and Redditor Tom_Dynamite would like to see that get a sharper focus. He suggests, “Brock becomes..
The Tribal Chief vs. The Beast. WWE has confirmed that the long-awaited showdown between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar will take place at Crown Jewel 2021. As of now, it is for the Universal Championship, but that could change following the events of the upcoming Extreme Rules pay-per-view. Lesnar made his return to Smackdown this past week: [This post contains video, click to play] From WWE.com: At SummerSlam, Reigns overcame 16-time World Champion John Cena in a hard-fought matchup, only to be surprised by the sudden reemergence of The Beast. Lesnar subsequently returned to SmackDown where he ordered his one-time Advocate Paul Heyman, turned Special Counsel to Reigns, to accept his challenge for a match against the dominant titleholder. Following Lesnar’s scuffle with The Bloodline, The Head of the Table indeed accepted the challenge from The Conqueror, only to be greeted by The Demon, which reminded the WWE Universe that there is already an explosive Universal Title Match estab..
The Best vs. The Beast. WWE has posted a new video to its YouTube channel in which they show the full No Disqualification match between CM Punk and Brock Lesnar from SummerSlam 2013. You can see the match in its entirety below: [This post contains video, click to play] From WWE.com: The action started at a breakneck pace, with Lesnar outmuscling his smaller foe and focusing his punishing offense on Punk’s ribs, not yet completely healed from The Beast’s attack on Raw weeks ago. Despite speculation among certain segments of the WWE Universe that Punk would be wholly overmatched, however, The Best in the World proved completely fearless, and his never-say-die spirit, galvanized by the decidedly pro-Punk fans in attendance, allowed him to survive maneuvers that would have undoubtedly downed most Superstars. Lesnar tossed Punk onto tables, slammed his body with a steel chair and rocketed him overhead with a belly-to-belly suplex on the floor. The farm-strong Lesnar placed a table cov..
It’s a classic. WWE is an international company and the biggest wrestling company in the world. One is phenomenal, the other is a beast. WWE has posted a new video to its YouTube channel in which they show the full match between then Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion AJ Styles from Survivor Series 2017. You can see the match in its entirety below: From WWE.com: Perhaps the biggest boost to Styles’ confidence was that he managed to evade the F-5 at every turn, most significantly when he reversed it into a Calf Crusher that very nearly accomplished the impossible and submitted The Beast. That was until Brock snaked his massive arm around Styles’ throat and slammed him repeatedly into the mat to break the hold. Yet the move did its job, as Lesnar again tried to hoist Styles up on wobbly knees for his signature move and The Phenomenal One slipped off his shoulders for a Phenomenal Forearm. Unfortunately, what would have been a surefire finishing strike landed Styles exactly where Lesnar wanted him, as a second attempt at the Phenomenal Forearm delivered the WWE Ch..
