After WrestleMania 31, AJ Lee quietly retired from wrestling and has not appeared on WWE programming since. She’s been busy writing her autobiography and becoming an advocate for bipolar disorder awareness. Every so often, she’ll be asked about a return to WWE. Even with everything happening with her husband, you can never say never. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, it seems very unlikely the former WWE Divas Champion will return to the company any time soon. AJ mentioned in her book that she made the choice to step away from the ring in 2015 due to some ongoing physical issues.
