Alexa Bliss Goes Off Fans Who Abuse Wrestlers Online

She has a point. There is a lot that goes into being a professional wrestler and some of the more difficult aspects are often taken for granted. Unfortunately sometimes these aspects can be turned into negative situations that see the wrestlers treated far worse than they deserve. That has happened again and this time a WWE star is not taking any more of what she is hearing. Monday Night Raw’s Alexa Bliss recently spoke with Metro about the issues of dealing with negative fan reactions online. Bliss talked about the comments that she and fellow wrestlers receive after going out and trying to do their jobs while nowhere near 100%. In addition, Bliss said that taking shots at the wrestlers themselves rather than their characters was over the line. Here are some of Bliss’ comments: On Fans Trolling Wrestlers “I feel like a lot of people don’t really understand – nine times out of 10 when you see us performing, we are going on no sleep, we are going on beat up bodies because we do trave..

Jeff Hardy Suspended From AEW Without Pay

It had been previously reported that Jeff Hardy was recently arrested in Volusia County, Florida, on charges of driving on a suspended license, violating restrictions placed on a driver’s license, and driving under the influence. Tony Khan has released the following statement regarding Hardy’s status with AEW: “We were able to resume contact with Jeff Hardy this afternoon. AEW does not condone Jeff’s alleged behavior. We’ve made it clear to Jeff that we’ll assist him in getting treatment for substance abuse issues, which he has indicated that he’s open to receiving. In the interim, he is suspended without pay, and he can only return to AEW upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety,” Khan’s statement said. “If you or a loved one needs help, please reach out to SAMHSA’s National Helpline: 1-800-662-HELP (4357).” pic.twitter.com/pDJA55cyaN — Tony Khan (@TonyKhan) June 14, 2022 Unfortunately, this is not the first time this type of offense has occurred; Hard..

Time For A New Career: WWE Star Loses Her Job This Week On Monday Night Raw

Put it on the resume. There are a lot of ways to present a wrestler in WWE as there are several roles they can fill. What matters is finding the right fit for every wrestler and that can be rather difficult to do. Some wrestlers have strengths in certain areas and now one wrestler is going to be moved to another spot, where she happens to be rather skilled as well. Over the last few weeks, WWE official Sonya Deville has been under an official investigation by WWE higher ups. This week saw the results released, which declared that Deville had abused her authority, causing her to be fired from her role. As a result, Deville will be wrestling full time, which included a loss to the returning Alexa Bliss. Deville had been in her authority position since January 2021. Opinion: This is a move that has seemed to be coming for a few months now and it makes sense to shift Deville back into the ring full time. She can still do her talking and it isn’t like there is a need for Adam Pearce to ha..

BREAKING: WWE Releases Reigning Champion Over Domestic Violence Allegations

That’s a big change. There are a lot of wrestlers on the WWE roster today but sometimes some of them leave the company for one reason or another. That might be for something rather negative and those situations can often be for a serious matter. That seems to be the case again, as a rather prominent wrestler has been let go from the company over an allegation. According to Sean Ross Sapp, NXT Tag Team Champion Nash Carter has been released from WWE. This comes after Carter’s wife, Impact Wrestling wrestler Kimber Lee, accused him of domestic violence and posted a photo of him with a Hitler mustache and doing a Nazi salute. However, the wife of Carter’s partner Wes Lee has posted a tweet of her own, saying that Carter is the victim of Kimber Lee’s mental abuse and Carter and Kimber Lee have not been together. There is no word on what will be done about the title situation. I can now confirm this information — Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com (@SeanRossSapp) April 6, 2022 Hey @WWENXT t..

Hi There: Jon Moxley Makes Surprise Appearance At Independent Event

Look who it is! AEW has changed the wrestling world by offering a new, top level platform for wrestlers to showcase themselves. That is not something that has been around for a very long time now and several AEW wrestlers have become stars as a result. Some names were big before they came in though, and now one of them has made a special appearance outside of the company. Former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley made a surprise appearances at this weekend’s New England Wrestling WrestleFest 26 event in Poughkeepsie, New York on Saturday. Moxley wrestled in the first match, defeating Channing Thomas. This comes a day before Moxley is scheduled to defend his Game Changer Wrestling World Title against Homicide at The Wrld On GCW in New York City. This match comes in the same week as Moxley returned to the ring following a three month hiatus. Moxley stepped away from wrestling in October in order to seek treatment for alcohol abuse. As a result, Moxley did not appear for a wrestling event un..

Jon Moxley’s Return Match Seems To Be Set

Welcome back. Wrestling is in a different world in modern times, as there is more content available than ever before. A fan can see almost any wrestling from anywhere in the world and it is amazing to have so much out there. Above all else, it can be great to see something special, and now we are going to be seeing something that is more important than most regular matches. Back in November, AEW’s Jon Moxley entered a rehabilitation center for issues with alcohol abuse and has not appeared for any wrestling promotion since. Over the weekend, Homicide won the Game Changer Wrestling Do Or Die Rumble, earning a GCW World Title shot against Moxley. Game Changer Wrestling has since announced that the match will take place on January 23 in New York City. There is no word on when he will be returning to AEW. It will be great to have Moxley back. AEW’s Darby Allin Gets SHUT DOWN By NXT Star In Bizarre Twitter Spat

That’s a bit harsh from Allin. Wrestlers have a tricky time when it comes to characters, as their job is to make you believe that they are something they very well might not be. That is harder than it sounds but they have to figure out a way to make it work. It can be easier if the character ties into someone’s career, but that is not always the case. This time, it seems that is not ok with a current star. AEW’s Darby Allin sent a since deleted tweet to NXT’s Cora Jade, saying that skating is part of his life rather than just part of his “fake character on TV”. Jade, who rides a skateboard to the ring in NXT, responded that “being a good person with no abuse allegations against me is a huge part of my life and not just a character I play on TV.” This is in reference to SpeakOut allegations against Allin which were made last year. Allin has not since responded to Jade. Cora Jade really left Darby Allin in the dirt, eh? pic.twitter.com/ipxLw57bt2 — Just Talk Wrestling (@JustTalkWrestl..

WWE Turned Down Rehab For Former WCW/WWE Star

He’s one of many. WWE has been around for a very long time now and there have been a lot of wrestlers to come through their doors over the years. Some of them have made a bigger impact than others but they have all done at least something in the company. WWE does some nice things for its current and former wrestlers, but one of them does not seem to meet the requirements for one of those offers. Former WWE and WCW star Buff Bagwell appeared on the Who The Fook Are These Guys podcast and revealed that WWE would not send him to rehab when his substance abuse issues were increasing. Bagwell only wrestled for the company for a few weeks before being fired in 2001 at the beginning of the Invasion. This took place before WWE began offering every former wrestler rehabilitation treatment on the company’s time. Bagwell did have some good moments in his career. Wrestling Legend Reveals Serious Health Troubles Caused By Alcohol Abuse

It could be worse. One of the more surprising wrestling stories of the year was the announcement that AEW’s Jon Moxley would be entering rehab for alcohol issues. The story came out of nowhere but was a good example of someone realizing that they had a problem and getting the help that they needed. It’s not the easiest story to hear, and now we are hearing something similar. In an interview with Oricon News (with translation courtesy of 411mania.com), wrestling legend and former WWE Women’s Champion Bull Nakano revealed that she was hospitalized last year with cirrhosis of the liver due to alcohol abuse. Nakano said that she refused to go to the hospital due to worrying about work but her symptoms eventually became too bad. Her husband eventually found out how bad things were for Nakano and convinced her to go to the hospital. She also mentioned that she would drink every day but now no longer has since quit and feels healthier as a result. Nakano last wrestled on November 3, 2007. N..

Several New Details On Jimmy Uso’s Arrest

It isn’t looking good. There are certain moments in wrestling that go far beyond what you see on television and in the ring. These are often a lot more serious and unfortunately a lot more negative, including situations involving things like substance abuse. There are wrestlers who have far bigger issues like this than others, and now WWE is going to have to deal with one of them. Earlier this week, Jimmy Uso was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. This is not Uso’s first issue with alcohol, as he has now faced similar issues three times in as many years. The latest issue comes as Uso is in the middle of the biggest singles storyline of his career and possibly the biggest of any kind for him whatsoever. It was quite the extreme situation, and now we know more about what happened. Wrestlinginc.com has released new details from Uso’s arrest report. Uso was clocked going 50mph in a 35mph zone and ran a red light as a police car chased him. The police officer then smell..

VIDEO: Trailer Released For New Chyna Documentary

It’s an interesting topic. WWE has been around for a very long time now and there are certain periods of time in the company’s history that stand out more than others. One of the most infamous of them all is the Attitude Era, which is still regularly talked about over twenty years later. There were some fascinating people appearing during that time, and now one of them is getting a bigger spotlight. Vice TV, by way of 411mania.com, has announced that they will air a documentary on WWE star Chyna on June 17. The documentary will cover Chyna’s career and life, including comments from her family and people from the wrestling industry, such as Mick Foley and Sean Waltman. In addition to her career, the two hour film will also look into her mental health and substance abuse issues. The documentary will not be part of the Dark Side of the Ring series but rather a stand alone film. This could be rather interesting. Check out the trailer and a bit of Chyna’s time in WWE: [This post contains..

Update On Jeff Hardy’s Legal Situation Involving DWI Arrest

It’s not over for Hardy yet. While wrestlers are stars when they are on camera, they are still humans like the people who watch them on TV. That is something that can often be forgotten when you are watching them every week and it can often play into what they do in the ring. The wrestlers have families and lives off screen and one of them is dealing with some issues that are rather serious. It is no secret that Jeff Hardy has had his share of legal and substance abuse issues. There are all kinds of stories of Hardy having one problem after another and that has been the case for many years. Hardy had several issues of his own last year and the situation is still not entirely over. Hardy does seem to be doing a little bit better, but he still has something else to take care of before it is over. According to PWInsider.com, Hardy’s court appearance over an October 2019 Driving While Impaired arrest has been pushed back until October 22. Several North Carolina courts have been closed ov..

Several NXT UK Wrestlers And More Accused Of Sexual Assault And Harassment

This could be big. Back in 2017, the MeToo movement began and quickly gained steam, becoming international in a hurry. The idea was to gauge the amount of women who had been sexually assaulted or harassed and try to make some sort of a change. This led to a new era of fighting back against such issues, with Hollywood and politics being major areas of change. Now, it is wrestling’s turn. Earlier this week, independent wrestler David Starr was accused of sexual abuse and admitted to some of the allegations. On Thursday, this set off what is being called SpeakOut, as a host of allegations accusing other wrestlers, many of whom are from the United Kingdom, of sexual harassment or assault, have come forward. There have been allegations made against over several wrestlers, many of whom work for WWE under the NXT UK banner. The following list of examples is by no means exhaustive. One of the bigger names is NXT Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin, who is accused of beating a woman named Ha..

WATCH: John Cena vs. The Miz; “I Quit” Match From Over The Limit 2011

The two most difficult words in wrestling. WWE has posted a new video to its YouTube page in which they show the full “I Quit” Match for the WWE Championship between John Cena and The Miz from Over The Limit 2011. You can see the match in its entirety below: From WWE.com: The Awesome One knew he’d have to pull out all the stops if he wanted to leave WWE Over the Limit as champion, which is why he immediately took advantage of the fact that there were no disqualifications. Calling on the aid of his VP of Corporate Communications, The Miz turned the bout into a makeshift Handicap Match and brutally double-teamed Cena with Alex Riley from the opening bell. Attacking their loathed enemy with everything that wasn’t nailed down, the vile duo abused The Champ, but he would not give up. When his physicality didn’t get the job done, The Miz borrowed a trick that The Rock used in his 1999 “I Quit” Match against Mankind and played a recording of Cena screaming the only two words that can bri..
