Report: Tammy Sytch Caused Fatal Car Crash, DUI Suspected

According to multiple reports, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch, also known as Sunny, caused a car crash last month in which a 75-year-old man died. Police suspect that she was intoxicated during the incident. The Ormand Police Department has released new information which claims that Sytch was driving a 2012 Mercedes when she crashed into the rear of a 2013 Kia Sorento that had been stopped at a stoplight. The Kia then crashed into the back of a 2011 GMC Yukon that was also stopped at the stoplight. Two witnesses stated that Sytch had been “driving at a high rate of speed” before hitting the Kia. The driver was transported to a nearby hospital, where he died from injuries suffered in the wreck. The officers say Sytch was also transported to the same hospital with unknown injuries. Police say they believed Sytch was under the influence of alcohol when the crash occurred. Authorities took a blood sample after the accident, but the results are still pending. That sounds very wrong. Every now and then, you hear about a wrestler doing something that is not going to be very well accepted. Sometimes it is a situation that winds up being an embarrassment, but there are other instances that go all the way into criminal. Unfortunately that was the case earlier this week and now we know a lot more about the incident. Earlier this week, news broke of WWE legend Tammy Sytch, better known as Sunny, being arrested over terroristic threats. According to TMZ, Sytch threatened to kill a man with a pair of scissors, as seen by a police officer. Sytch was said to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, but the man was unharmed in the incident. Maybe? Retirements are a funny thing in wrestling as you never know when someone is going to hang it up for good. Sometimes it seems like something that needs to be done but sometimes fans are left wondering why a talented wrestler would decide to call it a career. This time though it does not seem to be over just yet for a pair of younger wrestlers who should have long careers ahead of them. According to Fightful Select, a promoter who inquired about Sunny Dhinsa and Gzim Selmani, formerly known as Akam and Rezar as the Authors of Pain, was told that the team had retired. They are now reportedly working regular jobs outside of the wrestling business. This comes after the pair was released from WWE in September and have not wrestled since March 2020. It was previously reported that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was recently arrested in New Jersey for being a “fugitive from justice.” According to a new report from Fox News and the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office, Sunny is currently facing six charges of contempt — disobedience/resistance. The charges are said to be related to not appearing before the court in two different jurisdictions. Sunny made a surprise appearance at the 15th anniversary of “Raw” several years ago.
