Please Don’t Be Bad: WWE Star May Have Suffered An Injury

That could be serious. There are all kinds of injuries in wrestling and you never know when you are going to see someone put on the shelf for any amount of time. WRESTLING RUMORS: Another WWE Hall Of Famer To Return, Team With Lita/Becky Lynch

This is a big one. Legends have been used as a major part of wrestling for a very long time. Wrestling is one of the only sport where a legend can jump back in with almost no notice and become a focal point all over again. WWE Hall of Famer Returns On Raw

She’s back. The main event of tonight’s episode of Raw featured a steel cage match between Becky Lynch and Bayley that was originally supposed to take place at Raw XXX. While Bayley would have backup with Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky, it appeared that The Man had some backup too. In the closing moments of the match, Lynch was getting ready to escape the cage, when interference from Kai and Sky prevented The Man from getting out. Just when it looks like Bayley was going to get the win, WWE Hall of Famer Lita made her return to television to even the odds. She would fight off Damage Control, slam the door in Bayley’s face, and allow Lynch to get the win. Lita was last seen on WWE programming at the 2022 Elimination Chamber premium live event, where she lost a match to Lynch. Editor’s Opinion: I did not see this one coming, but I’m glad I did! It’s always great when Lita is on television, and she looked fantastic in her role as always. If this leads to a tag match between the two opposing s..

Why WWE Star’s Crown Jewel Performance Was More Impressive Than It Seemed

That’s rather impressive. There are all kinds of wrestling matches to be had, some of which add something extra to ramp up the violence. These matches make things even more intense than usual and it feels special when you see one of them take place. Another was held over the weekend, and now we know something about it that made things all the more impressive. This weekend at WWE Crown Jewel, Drew McIntyre defeated Karrion Kross in a steel cage match. However, according to PWInsider.com, McIntyre wrestled the match while “extremely sick”. McIntyre missed some of the run throughs for his match but was adamant about wrestling no matter what. There is nothing to suggest that McIntyre will miss any ring time due to his illness. Opinion: This is one of those things that makes me even more impressed by McIntyre. He is one of the few wrestlers you never hear about missing shows or causing any issues whatsoever. Now he is working through an illness and made a big match anyway. You wouldn’t ha..

Two more on the list. We are rapidly approaching some one of the biggest WWE events of the year with Crown Jewel from Saudi Arabia. The show is one of two from the kingdom this year and that means WWE is going to want to stack the show up as much they can. That is what they did this week, as two more matches were added to the card, both of which feature a former World Champion. WWE added a pair of matches to the Crown Jewel card this week on SmackDown. First up, Braun Strowman challenged Omos to a match, with MVP accepting on Omos’ behalf. Second, Drew McIntyre announced that he has been forced to stay away from Karrion Kross until the two of them will face off in a steel cage match at Crown Jewel. The show takes place on Saturday November 5. Opinion: Both of these matches make sense for the show and it was more a case of waiting to get the matches announced. Strowman and Omos had their showdown last week and McIntyre vs. Kross was going to happen again at some point. The matches sho..

The show opened with a steel cage match between WWE Champion Big E. and Kevin Owens, while the main event featured Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch defending her title against Liv Morgan. That is quite the lineup, but it almost went a bit differently. According to PWInsider.com, WWE originally planned for the cage match to main event this week’s Monday Night Raw. Huge Title Change Takes Place At AEW All Out

It had to happen eventually. Titles are the easiest concept to understand in wrestling as anyone can understand the idea of a big shiny belt. Someone has the title and someone else wants it, meaning a title match can be held for the championship. Those are easy things to build and that was the case again this week, with some history being made once again. The AEW Tag Team Titles changed hands at All Out 2021 on Sunday night, as the Lucha Bros defeated the Young Bucks in a steel cage match. The teams have feuded throughout AEW’s history, including trading the AAA Tag Team Titles in 2019. The loss ends the Bucks’ record long reign at 302 days and makes the Bros the fifth champions in the history of the titles. The Bros are going to be awesome champions. Check out what they did without the belts: [This post contains video, click to play] [This post contains video, click to play] [This post contains video, click to play] Opinion: This is a title change that had to happen and that ..

Chris Jericho Vs MJF At AEW ‘All Out’: Retirement, Or Swerve?

Chris Jericho’s upcoming match against MJF is currently one of the hot topics AEW fans are discussing online. Much of that discussion centers on the stipulation that exists with the bout. If Jericho loses, he will supposedly never wrestle in AEW again. This stipulation doesn’t really come as a surprise. Longtime fans know that when it comes to Chris’s career, he has more years behind him than ahead of him. It’s only a matter of time before the pro wrestling great calls it a day and hangs up the boots. So is that day coming on September 5? [This post contains video, click to play] A Stacked Card There is admittedly more than enough on the All Out card to keep the fans talking. The in-ring return of CM Punk against Darby Allin is the hottest story of the moment and the anticipation for it is driving the event for many fans. Of course, there’s also the Steel Cage Match pitting The Young Bucks against The Lucha Brothers for the AEW World Tag Team Championships. Jon Moxley will face N..

AEW All Out Adds Two New Title Matches

There’s still time. We are less than ten days away from AEW All Out and most of the card has already been set. There are only so many things left to put together for the show but as usual, there is always a bit of time left to add something onto the card. AEW had a few spots left to add in something else, which is what they did during this week’s edition of Rampage. AEW added two more matches during this week’s Rampage. First up, the Lucha Bros defeated the Jurassic Express in a tournament final to become the new #1 contenders to the Tag Team Titles. As a result, the two will be challenging the Young Bucks for the Tag Team Titles in a steel cage match at All Out. The teams have a history in AEW, wrestling a pair of matches for the AAA Tag Team Titles in 2019, with each team winning one match. Second, a TNT Title match was added to the card as Miro will be defending his title against Eddie Kingston. This match was made after Miro had been calling Kingston out for a fight for the last ..

Three New Stipulations Added To NXT TakeOver 36

Your pick. There are a lot of ways to present a huge grudge match and that can make things all the more interesting. If a match has been done before, the best idea might be to slap some kind of special rules onto the rematch, which could make things all the more intense. WWE has certainly figured out how to do this most of the time and now we are going to see more than one version at once. During this week’s edition of NXT, General Manager William Regal announced that Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole will face off in a 2/3 falls match at Takeover 36 on August 22. Each fall will feature a special stipulation, with both wrestlers and Regal getting to pick a stipulation each. As a result, O’Reilly picked a traditional match, Cole chose a street fight and Regal announced a steel cage match should the match go three falls. The match is being billed as the Undisputed Finale and will be the last match between the two. Cole and O’Reilly both came into NXT in the summer of 2007 along with Bobby Fi..

Well Hello Again. Former World Champion Returns At Starrcade.

Sometimes you get a surprise. This weekend, WWE presented Starrcade as a special house show. The event certainly has some history to it, even in WWE as it was held last year as well. The card was stacked and featured two steel cage matches and a special appearance from Ric Flair. However, in addition to the big card, there was a special surprise for the fans in attendance. Bray Wyatt made his return at Starrcade, answering an open challenge from Baron Corbin and defeating him with a rollup. After the pin, Corbin restarted the match with no disqualifications. This brought out Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre to beat Wyatt down but Elias and Finn Balor made the save, allowing Wyatt to pick up the win with Sister Abigail. This was Wyatt’s first match since September 15 on Monday Night Raw. There is no word on when Wyatt will return to TV. How about a fresh one of these? [This post contains video, click to play] Opinion: Cool. Wyatt being back is a good sign as the company can always u..
