Ric Flair 30 For 30 Release Date Revealed? (Update)
Despite reporting to the contrary, the long awaited Ric Flair ESPN 30 For 30 documentary does not yet have a scheduled premiere date. PWInsider has been reporting that the the film will make its debut on Friday, September 8 of this year. However, we were contacted by ESPN directly and they made it clear that date is incorrect. The network has yet to decide on an air date.
The documentary is expected to clock in between 90 and 120 minutes. It will feature interviews with some of Flair’s top contemporaries, including Vince McMahon, Ricky Steamboat, Triple H, The Undertaker, Charlotte Flair, Shawn Michaels, Sting, Jim Ross, Mick Foley, Flair’s first wife Leslie, David Flair, Megan Flair, Tully Blanchard, Arn Anderson, and others. The Flair 30 For 30 piece was directed by Rory Karpf. He most famously directed the film Dale on the life of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt.
