More Gold: WWE Considering New Main Event Level Title
One more. Titles are one of the most important aspects of any wrestling promotion. They identify the company’s best or top stars in a way that anyone can figure it out almost instantly. One of the most important aspects to keeping track of titles is not having too many though, and now the biggest promotion in the industry is talking about bringing in a new title.

According to recent reports, WWE is planning to have two different World Title matches over the two nights of WrestleMania 39. This would imply that Roman Reigns would lose one of his two World Titles prior to the show, but that may not be the case. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there has been discussion of introducing a new title, meaning Reigns would not lose either of his championships. There is no word on how far these discussions have gone or what the new title would be called.

Opinion: I’m not a bit surprised to see this happen as WWE seems to like the idea of having both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown having their own World Title. At the same time, WWE does not want Reigns to lose anything so having a pair of World Titles would make sense. It might not be the best idea, but it is the kind of thing that I would absolutely see WWE doing in this situation.
