Main Event Officially Set For AEW Full Gear After Huge Challenge

They’re on top of it. Titles are the most important things in wrestling as they are such an easy concept. Fans are going to understand what they are seeing as soon as they see a wrestler holding a championship and winning one can make all the difference in the world. Now we have a major title match set for a huge show, which was set up in advance this week.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Maxwell Jacob Friedman teased cashing in his Casino ladder match poker chip for a World Title shot against Jon Moxley. However, Friedman changed his mind, saying that he wanted to cash in at Full Gear to do it the right way. The match is official for Full Gear, which airs on November 19. The two have met once before, with Moxley defeating Friedman to retain the World Title at All Out 2020.

Opinion: I don’t think the match taking place is much of a surprise but it is nice to have it made official. We are still almost a month away from Full Gear and now the two can set up their match as well as they possibly can. This should be a big moment after a very intense few months for Friedman. It should be his title to win and now the story is set up for him to finally become champion.

What do you think of the match? How do you see it going? Let us know in the comments below.
