Huge Surprise Debut Ends Impact Wrestling Slammiversary
There’s your next big one. The wrestling world has changed a lot in recent years as all kinds of wrestlers are appearing in various promotions. That has shaken things up in a good way as wrestlers get to have matches against wrestlers you might not have been able to see before. It can make for some very exciting debuts and appearances, which was the case again this weekend.
Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary pay per view ended with Kenny Omega successfully retaining the Impact Wrestling World Title over Sami Callihan. After the match was over, former IWGP Heavyweight Champion and current NEVER Openweight Champion Jay White made his Impact Wrestling debut to confront Omega. Someone was about to run to the ring but the feed went out before anything could happen. According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, the team of FinJuice came to the ring to brawl with White.
