An injury at a NXT Live Event?

According to reports from the fans in attendance,NXT Superstar Elias Samson may have suffered an injury when he was wrestling at the NXT Live Event in Nashville,Tennessee.

Elias was facing Andrade Cien Alams and when he attempted to hit a flapjack and during this period Samson failed to add weight on his left leg and the ref immediately symbolled an ”X” sign and Samson was helped backstage.
