PHOTOS: WWE Monday Night Raw Attendance Is Rather Pitiful
That’s a bad look. To say that WWE has had some issues maintaining their audience in recent years would be a huge understatement. WWE has made various decisions that have alienated more than a few fans and the results seem to be mounting up. This can be seen both in the number of fans watching at home, and now the ones watching from inside the arena.
This week’s Monday Night Raw was held at the Xcel Energy Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota. Photos from the event have made their way online, showing most of the hard camera side of the arena empty, with the majority of the seats tarped over. The photos are from early in the night, including the Main Event taping before Monday Night Raw and the opening segment of the show.

Opinion: There isn’t much of a way to spin this and it doesn’t look good for WWE. While there were fans on one side of the arena, it’s never a good sign to have the other half be almost completely empty. Fans just were not interested in coming to the show and that could be the case for a few reasons. Above all though, it seems that the fans just do not like what WWE is doing at the moment and that is going to have to be fixed.
