Huge Title Rematch Added To WWE Day One Card

Take two. We are less than three weeks away from WWE Day One and the card is starting to come together. With so little time left before the show, it is time to start hammering down all of the details, including adding some of the title matches. That was the case this week, as a pretty big rematch was officially set for the card, albeit only after the challenger got taken out.

Last week on Monday Night Raw, Becky Lynch cheated to retain the Raw Women’s Title over Liv Morgan. This week, Morgan challenged Lynch to a rematch at Day One, knowing that Lynch needed to cheat to beat her. Lynch did not immediately accept the challenge, instead getting in a brawl with Morgan first. The fight would head outside, where Morgan’s arm was stomped against the steps several times. Lynch would then accept the match.

It was a busy night. Check out how we got to the Day One title match:

Opinion: This is one of those stories that you had to know was coming after the way last week’s title match ended. That sounds like a good thing to me, as they have a long way to go to get the title on Morgan, assuming that is where this is heading. I’m not sure what to expect at Day One, but at least they have set up the rematch that we need to be seeing in the first place.

What do you expect from the match? Who leaves with the title? Let us know in the comments below.
